1969 Plymouth Road Runner
Rich Kinnear
North Royalton, Oh
I bought the car in March 2011 in Miami Florida for it was a nicely done Tribute to the 1969 440 6 BBL Road Runner. I made a few minor changes to the car to my liking, then had the body completely restored in winter of 2012 with all new chrome etc.
The car is not a trailer Queen, we drive it an average of 2,200 miles a year. It`s been to the Woodward Dream cruise 3 times as well as other car shows within 2 to 3 hundred miles from home as well as many other local shows . It`s a great cruiser with great tunes in it for we have a 12 Disc CD changer in the trunk with great oldies .The car takes me back to the Good Old days each time I fire it up.
My 3 favorite car shows would # 1 Our Club, the Mid Ohio Mopars All Mopar show last week end in July each year in Wooster. 2 The annual Ashland Shop with a Cop show each year in July # 3 The weekly car Show at Sheffield Quaker steak & Lube on Sundays.

1955 Mercury Monterey
Joseph Kleinhenz
North Olmsted, Oh.
My ride is a 1955 Mercury Monterey 2 door hardtop was a real barn find. When I came across this car it was originally stored in a pole barn with about 10 other cars it had 43,318 miles on it.
After driving it for about 5 yrs, then decided to do a full restoration which only took almost 3 yrs, everything was done except the interior which will be having done in May of this year. It has a 292 Y Block bored out to a 312.
I love cruisin' Solon Commons, Tuesday nites, Friday Nites 100th Bomb Group & Friday nites Baker Square.

1968 Camaro
Dizzy Dean
McDonald, Oh.
This 1968 Camaro Coupe was my first car back in 1973. I sold it in 1974 and bought it back in 2011. Did a full frame-off resto in my garage. It has a 300 hp 327, 4-speed, 10-bolt rear end, tic-tock-tach, and factory gauges in the console. It runs like a top and I drive it everywhere!
My favorite cruises are the Austintown Quaker Steak & Lube, Monday nights in Lowellville and the Austintown Senior Center

1953 Ford PU
Chuck Belica
Warren, Oh.
The first time I saw my truck, my wife and I went to South Carolina after we got married in 1984 so I could meet her family. We pulled into the driveway of her Aunt and there sat a Blue 1953
Ford truck. It was love at first site. She had a hard time getting me away from it to come into the house and meet the family.
Come to find out it belonged to her son. Fast forward to 1986. We went back to S.C. and there sat the truck in the field. He said that he got tired of it and just parked it and was going to sell it. I told him I want to buy it and we made a deal and told him I'll be back with a trailer to get it in a couple of weeks.
All except the front end was painted 1994. It has a 2002 Ford Lighting 5.4., 4R100 Trans Power windows, steering, and brakes, and Air. It is a driver. We have gone South ever year singe it was finished. We couldn't go in 2015 because of health problems.
Love cruisin' to Riverfront Mall, Cuyahoga Falls and local Warren/Youngstown area shows.

Tear Drop Trailer
Jeff Hewlett
Pittsburgh, Pa.
This iss my 2009 Pleasant Valley 5x8 Teardrop trailer. It's my Motel when attending car events lasting more than one day! It has a queen sized bed on wheels with kitchen galley out back.
I gave up the family's 1950 Dodge Panel Truck which had not run for over 15 years, but that's another Reader's Rides story.
